This voluntary, industry-led code, developed in alignment with ACCC guidelines, builds upon the RIA’s International Code of Ethics and complements key stakeholder frameworks such as the General Insurance Code of Practice.
The Restoration Industry Code of Practice (RICOP) is designed to align our industry with five key value pillars:

RIA Members are now eligible to become official Subscribers to RICOP by completing the Code of Practice training and submitting the required insurance documentation.
